Germany has no laws criminalizing consensual, same-sex sexual relations or restrictions on information, literature, or events focused on sexual orientation. Most large city governments, including Berlin and Munich, encourage Pride events. This includes those in Cologne, Hamburg, and Frankfurt. Same-sex marriage is available in Germany.
